Refund Policies

Should there be discrepancies in items received, kindly send us an email here or reach us at our hotline +6011-1603 6788. All issues must be reported within three (3) working days of receiving the Products. Refunds for Product purchased under promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Any special requests from customers for refunds and exchanges may require physical visit to 7mdaily.com stores, after agreed and arranged between customers and 7mdaily.com.

Discrepancies will be dealt in the following manner:

  1. If any Product proves to have been delivered in a damaged/defective condition or wrong items delivered, we can exchange the Products/refund Please contact Customer Service.
  2. If additional/wrong or damaged Products are delivered, 7mdaily.com reserves rights to collect the Products from customer.
  3. If items are wrongly or short delivered by mistake, 7mdaily.com reserves the rights to refund difference or supply the correct/short delivered item. Please contact Customer Service.
  4. If item is damaged, 7mdaily.com reserves the rights to request for photo evidence.

To request exchange item, please bring the products to the outlet from where you placed your order. When you exchange the product, you must also bring the original receipt, original packaging, tags, labels, accessories and complimentary gifts that come with it. Exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, within 3 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order. To request for a refund, please bring the products to the outlet from where you placed your order. When you return the product to us, you must also bring the original receipt, original packaging, tags, labels, accessories and complimentary gifts that come with it. Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Our Customer Service will issue Credit Coupon with the same amount as the item exchanged or Customer Service will exchange the item with the same item as per Customer’s request. Customer can then shop as usual. Customer Service reserves the right to reject the items that are not under Refund Policy. The items will be returned to Customer and exchange request is void.
